Font upload not possible

Hello,

I am trying to upload a custom font (licensed, works fine with PS, ID, etc.) into Adobe Express/CC. It is not possible as the process fails everytime.

Do you have any suggestions?

things have developed: Now it is stuck on processing 🙂

I have not found a solution in other threads here though. Any other ideas out there?

I already did:

– check the file type, is otf

– restart CC app

Sorry to hear about that.

Uploading custom fonts depends on your account subscription. You can upload your custom fonts if you have a paid enterprise account. You will need to ask your administrator. But if you have a free account, the uploading is unavailable. To find out more about it, you can click here.

Hello Winnie,

thanks for your reply. I use an Adobe subscription, not an enterprise account but also not a free account.

I already uploaded custom fonts and have been using them with my PS/LR subscription. So I don’t fully understand the problem with this particular font 🙂

Is it not possible with a subscription?
