Fonts crippling the app

Yesterday, everything worked fine.

 

Today, the app is COMPLETELY USELESS!

 

Five minutes to load fonts, then when I chose a font, the app restarts...every single time!

 

Restarted app several times, iOS 26.2 iPhone 13 Pro Max

 

Too annoyed to try any more today!

This shouldn’t be happening. To help us narrow this down, could you please confirm:

  • Whether the fonts you selected were Adobe Fonts or custom (uploaded) fonts

  • If you see the same behavior on any desktop browser

If possible, please share a screen recording so we can investigate further.

Thanks for sharing your device details, could you also confirm the Adobe Express app version you’re using?

Hi,

Everything is fine now. It was ALL fonts, btw.

Latest version of Adobe Express, too.

My internet connection was solid, as well.

Maybe I just hit your servers during a maintenance period, or when it was under a heavy load.
