Force redirect to new Adobe Express, all old files fone

When I try to access https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects I am being forcefully recorected to new.express.adobe and all my old files are gone from the new site 😞  I saw a button to move the files for a very short duration and even before I could click it I was redirected to the new site and now that button is not even appearing for me. This is so frustrating to lose all the work. How can Adobe miss migrating the files?

Hello,

It is March 10, 2024.

I cannot find my website file that I created in Adobe Spark, and my website is still being hosted by Adobe.

I need to be able to edit my website now and reached out to customer support who was telling me to access the following URL to pull my old project to Express: http://express.adobe.com/sp/projects

When accessing this link, my browser force redirects me to http://new.express.adobe.com, just like the description of this bug here.

Since this bug was logged in November of 2023, can you please mark this bug now as high priority. I need to be able to edit my website.

Thank you.

Hi @Dchucks

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. It isn't one we've seen before. Is it possible to grab a screen recording showing what you experience. Also, please DM me your adobe id (email that you sign in with) so I may look into corresponding logs.

Thanks,

Abhi G
