Former Projects Not Loading + Other Issues

I don't think any of my projects or folders from the previous version have been added to the new version.

I have manually moved some projects, but it's impossible to move a whole folder, so I've had to create folders and reorganize EVERYTHING.

Also, I'm having issues with one of the projects I moved - I can't duplicate a page. I get an error message.

Also I NEED THE LAYOUTS FEATURE BACK.

    I'm not even able to convert my projects to the new Version. It constantly tells me to try again due to an error. I'm not even on the point of organising everything in folders again. Devastating!

    @vtanzi Gosh I am sorry you lost projects too! I'm sure they will have nothing to offer except a slap in the face blanket "apology" and spew [Cursing removed as per forum guidelines. Please keep your language clean or risk be banned on the Adobe forums.] about how the "hope to have the feature back soon".

      It's unfortunate to see such a blanket statement from these employees on all these issues. Absolutely disgusting. @barbaras64317613  I am so sorry you lost projects. I am afraid to keep migrating things because what I've done so far is absoltely terrible quailty.

      The problem is that I have missing files.  I would have loved a warning before upgrading.  Now I am sure my files will be lost forever

      Apologies for the inconvenience. For users such as yourself who use mobile as well as web, we had to make the call not to automatically migrate projects to new Express so projects could continue to be available in the mobile apps. We realize this means a lot of manual work for you.

       

      Let me dig into the error with duplicating the page.
