Constant freezing "not responding" when clicking on ANY tool in Pro. This typically ends in a force close of the program.

Came here to see if anyone else is having issues with Express. It's 9:09 am EST Thursday 1/4/21 and I'm having trouble with express for the second day in a row. I'm just trying to create some simple, short reels and I got the spinning wheel, freezing, incorrect previews in the preview window. I've done eveything I know to try to fix.

I just came across your thread and would like to know if you still require help, as our engineering team fixed some bugs, and I have yet to be able to replicate this issue.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
