Full storage issue

Hello, this might be due to the deleted files still in the Deleted area of your cloud storage. They are removed after 30 days automatically, but you can go here to delete them manually:

https://assets.adobe.com
- look for the deleted files section;

If you have other Creative cloud apps check all these locations for any files that count towards your storage limit:
https://lightroom.adobe.com
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
https://express.adobe.com/sp/
https://new.express.adobe.com/
https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations
- in the Mobile Creations area also check Deleted items.
