Sorry. Was meant to say - Oneplus 11, 16gb ram. It is definitely supported and i've been using adobe on it. Let's skip the bs dave, the 'try restarting' stuff.

The truth is, the service is very buggy. it's not easy to get work done, i've been working on my project since i posted that - 3-4 hours on pc. Guess what? i encountered another bug. Right after working for 3-4 hours already, adobe website breaks telling me ' your system is not supported' CLEARLY IT WAS for 4 whole hours plus the weeks before i worked.

There is no solution for hese. The devs need to fix their stuff. I make these posts to report the bugs. that's all.

Hi @alexander_6545

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.

Are you using a OnePlus 6T? I looked for info on the OnePlus 16 but couldn't find much. This page lists the supported mobile devices https://adobe.ly/3ZhEFFO Your Android device may have not been detected as an unsupported device and be related to why you encountered some of these issues.

If you hover over the red triangle does it give any more info? I've seen those appear when the licensing for a stock asset used in the file changes and is no longer available. If you have any blank layers in your project please try deleting them and see if that resolves that issue.

What prompt were you using that resulted in errors?

The credits and download issue could also be related to it being an unsupported device. Are you able to download and see the correct credits on the PC?

Thanks,
Dave
