Sorry to hear about the issue.

 

Can you share a screenshot while you're using Generative Fill? Did you use it via Quick Action? Did you see an error message? What type of image did you use with the feature?

 

Consider clearing your cache/cookies once or changing the browser (Safari or Microsoft Edge). We recommend following the steps here to insert or replace objects with Generative fill.
