Generative Text - Loading Issues

Hello, 

 

I have attempted to use the generative text effect in Adobe Express several times during the last few months. The text effects will not load - in fact, when you click on the button to add text, nothing loads at all. I have tried clearing my cache/web data/cookies - everything. I have deleted files on my desktop thinking it might be an issue with the processing speed. However, a colleague at my office just confirmed that she was experiencing the exact same issue. 

 

I have tried using both the desktop application and the web application - and the same issue persists on both platforms. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? 

 

I am using my computer, & my device details are outlined below. 

 

  • Computer Information:
    • HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC
    • Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz 2.61 GHz
    • Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
