Gif Converter no longer allowing downloads

Gif Converter processes my video but the download button is greyed out and doesn’t allow for download. It remains stuck on the “hang in there - it’s taking longer than normal” progress bar. Same issue with the convert to MP4 tool.

I tried in another browser, and a work colleague of mine is having the same issue.

Please help! We use this for my work all the time.

I’m still getting the hang tight issue! I am on a PC, using chrome, I’ve tried using other browsers.

more info: my coworker who works on a mac the converter is working! so maybe it has something to do with PCs?

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know whether this is happening with all files or only this one? Did you try downloading the other available file sizes? What is the duration of the video?

Please try duplicating the file, refreshing the session and retrying once, or testing from a different network if possible.
