Glitchy product

This product is amazing! There is just one problem though, the application on the web can just slow down all of a sudden out of nowhere and you will not be able to do anything on the app for a second or two. Is there any way that this can be fixed, or do you guys have to do something about this?

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please let us know when exactly the app gets slow. What troubleshooting steps did you follow? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
