Graphic Quality

Unfortunately, the quality of the uploaded graphics becomes very bad, once uploaded into Adobe Express. Before the upload, the quality is perfect, but after the upload, the elements become blury and pixely (see in attached example). Is there anything I can do to make the quality better?
