Graphics duplicating when saving PDF

Hi guys,

I'm having issues when saving a project as a PDF. Some of the graphics are duplicated, smaller, and layered over one another in the top left corner of the PDF. Not having this issue when saving as JPEG or PNG, but need the quality of PDF. 

Have tried downloading the file on several different browsers, in incognito mode etc. Have also checked these "layers" don't exist on the work itself. How do I fix this?
