Hang Tight: Moving assets to another brand

With the new AE update I'm trying to move some of my library assets into a brand folder.

However, I just get the 'Hang Tight' pop up which never goes away.

This is happening on both my work computer/adobe login as well as my laptop/personal login.

Hi Neelamk,

Yes, I've used various browsers, computers and locations (office, home, coworking space).

Everywhere I try has the same issue.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
