Having Issue downloading video from Adobe Express

I'm trying to download a video I created on Adobe Express and I'm getting the following message:

I haven't had any problems downloading my created video until tonight. When I start the download button the whole program bogs down for about a minute and a half and then it pops up saying "still working 20%" but never proceeds any further and then that error message pops up right behing it.

Any ideas?
