HELP! Adobe Express Won't Download Video - 15 sec, stuck at 20%, then says failed!

I made a visual edit to create a video loop for a GIF style UI/UX Slide and before it was downloading fine. now, it says an error has occured and to try again... but no matter how many times I do it, it fails! On both Desktop AND IOS platforms. Please help!

    Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

    I'm having the same problem but it's not images, it's video! Worse, it was downloading before and has just suddenly stopped working - The size of the video is under 10.5MB
