This bug is driving me mad. I just get an error with no reason. PLEASE HELP ASAP. I always make daily videos, but your support takes 5 days. Help today ASAP. You can e-mail me or call me directly at +31650473288. This needs to be addressed asap or I will have to stop using Adobe completely. Having an error is totally fine, but not telling me what's wrong is just dumb. HELP NOW!

People answering here are mainly volunteers (not adobe employees) so I don't think anyone will call you
There seem to be something going on with the videos right now

I have flagged it to relevant people but I am not privy about how long it will take to fix
