Help!!! I can't download a 90 sec video since yesterday

I’m unable to download my video on Adobe Express. The process always fails at 75%, showing an error message and preventing the download from completing. I deleted cache, cookies, restarted my computer (mac), use chrome, safari, app, mobile app, and I still have de same issue.

hi @David__B ,

Nope, this stay in 75% like a minute and then the error message pops, I also try to duplicate the file and have the same issue

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Thanks for testing the troubleshooting steps you have so far.

 

Did the optimization process shown in the second screenshot complete? Does the issue occur if you create a duplicate instance of the file?
