Help Needed: Lost Access to Adobe Express After Graduation

Hello, I am unable to log into Adobe Express using my school account after graduation, and my portfolio link is no longer accessible. My school previously purchased Adobe memberships for every student, but now I have lost access to both my account and files. What should I do?

Thank you for your response. The school only provided me with a link to purchase a membership, but my account still hasn't been restored. Could you please help me transfer my portfolio to my personal account?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd say that since the membership was provided by your school, reach out to their IT department and see what they say about this. If your subscription to Adobe Express lasts till your graduation, then you need to get a personal account for yourself.
