HELP ON A DEADLINE! Unable to download video: "Replace asset"

Hi there,

I am unable to export 3 important videos that Ive spent weeks working on because I keep getting a "replace asset" popup. The popup explains that Adobe is unable to license some of the content but the video and audio was recorded myself and I used the adobe express asset library for everything else. When I select replace for all the videos, it doesnt take me anywhere to highlight what asset is giving the video issues.

Full transparency, I really cant replace anything except the background music- all the other content was shot specificallty for this and recorded by me for this series of training videos.

Really ISO of a quick fix or for support from an Adobe employee- we are on a tight deadline. After my review of this forum- Im aware that this is an Adobe Express bug. I can provide links privately, just not sure how.  Please someone help!

Hey @Trinity3040130520b7.

Thank you for your patience. After reviewing the project, we identified the source of the licensing issue—it’s the shield icon currently used in your video. To resolve this, please replace the shield icon with an alternative. Once that’s done, you should be able to export your video without any issues.

Best,

Chaimaa

Hi @Trinity3040130520b7. Welcome to the community! Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please share the project URL with us, give us edit access, and share that link via private message?

Private messages should be accessible from the envelope in the top right corner. This should be the direct URL- https://adobe.ly/4jWM9ag.

Best,

Chaimaa
