Help! Unable to Download Video
When attempting to download my video, I receive the message - "We're working on your file. You'll be able to share it soon." I encountered this on Friday (01/23) and waiting 2 days, and am still encountering the message. I reviewed similar forum posts and attempted to (1) open in different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox), (2) open in an in cognito tab, (3) create a copy of my video and attempt to download, (4) clear my browser cache, (5) close and re-open my browser, and (6) ttemp to open in the app. Please help - I need to have this video downloaded by tomorrow.
