Help! Unable to Download Video

When attempting to download my video, I receive the message - "We're working on your file.  You'll be able to share it soon."  I encountered this on Friday (01/23) and waiting 2 days, and am still encountering the message.  I reviewed similar forum posts and attempted to (1) open in different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox), (2) open in an in cognito tab, (3) create a copy of my video and attempt to download, (4) clear my browser cache, (5) close and re-open my browser, and (6) ttemp to open in the app.  Please help - I need to have this video downloaded by tomorrow.

Hi @Emily_Pudliner5034, Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about all the steps you've tried to resolve this. 

This error may also occur if there's an issue with the stock assets used in the project. You can check this by either looking for blank layers in the project and removing them, or by removing any asset with warning sign icons on it. 

Let us know if this helps resolve it; if not, you can then share the project with us privately via community DM, and we can then investigate the issue for you.
