HELP - Unable to download video project from Adobe Express.

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to download a video social post from Adobe Express. I tried a few different times and in different formats, but each time I use the download button, I get an error during download and it sayd to please try again. anyone have this issue and know how to solve?
