Here I am just trying to get some work done with my paid account. Can't save or download my work. Been waiting at least 2 hours minutes. Fix the bugs Adobe.

i am trying from both the devices from PC and mobile too but the same error is appearing, the video is not even that heavy, if you cannot able to handle such tasks then dont advertise and create such features and take our hard earned money

    Welcome to the Adobe Express Community! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Could you please let us know the make and model of your both devices? Are you getting any error messages? What is the video file format you are using and its size? If it happening with all video files or this is the only file you’re having issue with? 

     

    Once we have these details, we'll be in a better position to determine whether it is account-specific issue, or something else affecting the upload or processing workflow.
