Hitting download brings an instant error

When I try to download a video I get this error.

I've tried exited Adobe and coming back, restarting my computer and duplicating the video to see if I could download the other video.

  1. Clear your browser cache (if on the web) or reinstall the app (if on mobile).

  2. Use a different browser or device, preferably Chrome or Edge.

  3. Check for any unsupported elements in the project (e.g., corrupted files or fonts).

If the issue continues, please share:

  • Your browser/device and OS version

  • The project name or ID

  • The length and format of the video
