home button blocked

I can't click the Home section on the left hand side of the screen because the Submit an idea pop up is blocking it

Hey @default32421190hb5ztn,

This shouldn't be happening. Please share a screenshot of the homepage/page you're finding this on. It will help us understand the UI error better. 

Also, give it a try on other recommended browsers like Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari or on their private/incognito mode to check if that makes any difference.
