How do I Adobe access assets via mobile device?

I need to access Adobe Assets with my Android phone so I can retrieve recently deleted files but it keeps telling me that the browser isn't supported. I've tried Edge, Bing, MSN, Chrome and AdBlock Plus. None work.

Yes!!! This link works. Why couldn't I find this link anywhere? Is it some big secret?

Hi @Amelia Wysocki, Welcome to our community!

Have you tried visiting https://adobe.ly/4nuxg0P via a desktop browser? I'd suggest you do so, so that your work isn't hindered.

Let us know if that doesn't work for you.

Best!

Yes, but that's not what I'm asking.

Hi @Amelia Wysocki, to retrieve deleted files, try accessing https://adobe.ly/46GQXLC from the default browser present in your Android Device. I tried accessing the link from Chrome browser on an Android device, and it worked fine for me. (see below)

Also, ensure that the browser is updated to its latest official version and that the network is not connected to any VPN or has an active firewall. If you still face access issues from the mobile device, please share its make and model details with us, and in the meantime, try retrieving your deleted files from the desktop browser, as the files you delete will be permanently removed after 30 days

Let us know if there's anything else you need assistance with. Sharing a screenrecording helps the most!

Thanks!
