How to retrieve my projects and modify them

Sorry for the inconvinience caused. Can you please share your DocumentId. You can find out DocumentId in the URL when you open your document. It should look somethin like this:

I reported this to our developers. They've been working on a for fixes for a lot of the issues which have been happening https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/updates-for-the-new-adobe-express-as-of-aug-24th/td-p/14034850 I know re-converting the projects helps in some cases. The biggest and main issue is not to create new projects, it is to modify my existing projects.

I tried all you proposed:

• Does it happen if you duplicate an existing project?
  Yes, if I duplicate a project, renaming it, the program runs indefinitely without displaying anything:
• 
  
• Does it happen in different browsers?
  Yes... I normally use "Microsoft Edge", I tried "Chrome" without success (same result as above)
• Does it happen if you clear the browser cache? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
  Yes, the same happens.  I cleared the brower(s) cache(s) 2 times, with a restart after, without sucess 
  
• Does it happen in incognito/private browsing mode?  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
  Yes, it happens even when I work in incognito/private browsing.

I don't understand what's going on: once again, I see an exhaustive list of all my projects... but they seem unattainable. It's very, very annoying because my projects evolve over time and I go back to them as I go along to modify them... I don't have the time to redo them all from A to Z.
