HUGE FILES

We use adobe express for newsletter for my 1st grade classroom. Last year my files were anywhere from 5-11MB. This year, mine are over 100-200 MB!! Can someone help us know what is causing such a big file? We have 5 people on my team-- it's happening to 3 of us and not to the other 2.
