I am paying $10 a month for storage and I only have 5GB of space!

I am beyond frustrated! As a teacher I already have a lot on my plate. I do not have time to spend hours trying to figure out why I can no longer use your webpage. I pay $10 a month for storage, why do I not have more? There is also no one to actually talk to about all of this. I am about to give up and find a new format.
