I am unable to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts on Adobe Express

I am unable to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts on Adobe Express. I have tried deleting them and reinstating them, I have gone into Meta Suite to try and check the connections, I have been through all the options on Manage Connections. Now when I try to reinstate the accounts, it has gone into a loop, continually asking em to refresh the token, and then coming up with an error message. Please please help me!

The error you're seeing when trying to reconnect your Facebook and Instagram accounts in Adobe Express is likely related to token expiration or permission conflicts in Meta Business Suite. Here's what we suggest:

  1. Log in to Meta Business Integrations
    – Remove Adobe Express from the list of connected apps.

  2. Open Adobe Express and go to Manage Connections
    – Try reconnecting Facebook and Instagram again.

  3. Make sure you're an admin of the Facebook Page and that it's linked to an Instagram Business account.
