i can't download my image even though i have a paid plan.

This shouldn't be happening!

Since when are you getting this issue? Is this happening with all the projects, or is it just this specific one? Have you tried signing out and back into the app?

Most of the time, such issues get resolved either by signing out and back in or by clearing the cache/cookies of the browser.
