I've browsed these forums and tried every single suggestion, internet, cookies, cache, etc etc...
I urgently need to download my print quality flyer design PDFs and it's constantly getting stuck on 90% - have tried over the span of a few days and different times too.
I have make pdf's in Express that I later printed, but you can't print it direct from Express you need to use Acrobate and Acrobat compatible fonts othervice Acrobat will chang your font you used in Express and if you do an fancy text in express it will be an image and you cant edit in Acrobat you need to use Express to that. That is my experience with printing PDF:s made in Express.

We get similar cases, and this issue generally arises when any images or assets used in the project encounter validation or optimization issues. We help users identify such assets so they can either replace/remove/optimize them for projects to work.

Got it working... had to strip some of the designs out. Didn't really want to but it exports with less assets. Slightly annoying! Maybe a PDF server issue Adobe's end. Or the fact that it can't be used to create print material?
