Thanks for sharing the project ID; this shouldn't be happening. I'll reach out to our team and see what suggestions they have! 

Meanwhile, you can try downloading the project as a JPEG and then converting it to PDF using the Adobe Express quick actions. Also, let us know if this happens with every project or just this specific one.

 

Also, I'll reach out to you via community DM for some additional details we need to investigate this issue!
