I can't upload images to Adobe Express from my computer.

I'm an Adobe Express user, mainly using the format to create a web page. Recently, however, I can no longer edit the cover or add images to my project. When I want to insert an image, an Adobe Stock tab opens and I can only use images from Adobe Stock, I can't add my own images. I'd like to know what's going on and if there's any chance of getting things back to normal?
