I can't upload media from my device

I'm clicking on media and then upload from device and It's not letting me upload any media at all

Are you using Chrome? If so, we think this is a Chrome bug (see https://issues.chromium.org/issues/330663542)

As suggested on that page, restarting the browser should fix the issue. Could you let us know if that works?

Sorry to hear about the issue.


Can you share a screenshot that shows the problem? Do you see an error message while trying to upload a media?

Can you specify the device, browser version and the OS version?


There are a few workarounds you can try:


• You can edit from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• You can test in incognito or privacy mode

• Clearing the cache/cookies can help to improve the situation

• You can log out/log in to your session to see if it changes anything
