I cannot download my Adobe Express file as a PPTX or PDF - always stops at 90%?

No matter how long I wait, my download attempt always stops at 90%. I have tried refreshing, re-opening etc. This seems to be a long-standing issue??

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using another browser to see if that makes a difference? Is this issue happening with all files or just this one? If possible, could you share the file with me via private message with edit access so I can investigate further?
