I cannot edit my files

I either get an error message or it does not respond when I select a saved file

    We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, could you please share the screen recording of the issue? 

     

    Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
