i cannot save files...

hello, i cannot do nothing on projects. search is not working, templates list is not showing, download and save buttons don't work. Thank you for you support it's the second time i have this bug

Could you share the URL of one of your files (from the browser's address bar when the file is open)? That way, I can look into error logs associated with your account. Alternatively, please send me a direct message with your adobe id (email that you log in with).
