I CANNOT SEEM TO DO ANYTHING ON ADOBE EXPRESS

WHEN I TRY ANYTHING NOTHING HAPPENS. MY STUFF IS NOT COMING UP AS USUAL. PLEASE HELP AS I AM GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SITE.
