    Hello!

The issue you're encountering is due to the current 1 GB file size limit for direct PSD-to-Express conversions. When a file exceeds this threshold, the cloud engine struggles to parse the layers and assets within the browser environment.

To successfully move your design into Adobe Express, I recommend these optimization steps:

    1. Reduce PSD Size (Cleanup):
      • Delete Unused Layers: Remove any hidden or unnecessary layers.
      • Flatten Unnecessary Groups: If you have complex groups that don't need to be editable in Express, flatten them into a single layer.
      • Rasterize Smart Objects: Large embedded smart objects can bloat file size significantly. Rasterizing those that are already at the correct scale will help.
    2. Downsample if Necessary: Check your resolution via Image > Image Size. If your PSD is 300 DPI but you’re designing for social media or web, lowering it to 150 or 72 DPI will drastically reduce the file size without sacrificing web quality.
    3. The 'Linked Assets' Workaround: Instead of converting the entire 1.2 GB PSD, save your main background or heavy elements as high-quality PNGs/JPEGs and upload them to Adobe Express separately. Then, only convert the text and vector layers from a smaller PSD.
    4. Save as 'Large Document Format' (PSB) vs. PSD: Ensure you are saving as a standard PSD. While Express supports many formats, standardizing the compression during 'Save As' can sometimes shave off enough megabytes to get you under the 1 GB limit.

Quick Tip: Once you get the file below 1,000 MB (1 GB), the 'Import' function in Adobe Express should work smoothly. Let us know if reducing the layers helps!"
