I completed my webpage but it doesnt save

is anybody else facing this issue where you open the express and pick a webpage to create, complete everything and realise its not saving progress real time. I tried opening seperate windows & redoing this twice but its hard labour to redo the whole process.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Express should be saving your work as you go through your internet connection. I would recommend trying these things for some initial troubleshooting

  • Reboot your computer
  • Create a test file, probably something other than a webpage and see if the changes are being saved there
  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/432tUe5
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/414sJIC
