I create a POST and am unable to name the file or see save it to a folder, i also can't see it in recent files unless i 'go back' in my browser

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when you first noticed this issue? Which platform are you seeing this issue on? Did you recently install any new plugins/Extensions? 

If this is happening on a desktop device, please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or opening in incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.
