I don't have a toggle for Show Layer Timing

In adobe express after I have animated each section of my file, I do not have the ability to edit the timing of each animation. I have tried all areas of “Time Line View” and when in “Show selected layer” even when I click it or others nothing populates on the lineline view other than the entire document and all animations at once. The bottom area does not sow the option to toggle on the layer timing.
