I'M GOING TO SCREAM

So i'm trying to access my library as I do normally to access templates to create new posts. I'm not even trying to schedule them in adobe but I cannot access the files. The library is taking forever/not loading & if I mamnange to find the template that I need, it comes up with the message about converting and then says (after ages!) that there's an error &can't convert!
