I’m having trouble with restore my annual premium paid & valid membership, I've purchased the membership via the apple account membership & purchase management system the are at the iPhone Apple ID Settings.

I'm using the same email address and I'm even contacting to the adobe services with my Apple ID that's uses my Gmail address 

Please I really need some assistance, any suggestions or help with this issue?

that's the message that I'm getting when I'm trying to restore it through the Adobe express app
