i'm not able to download my works , it, download option is not working , when i remove background from image it won't let me download

the download button not working , i tried uninstalling and re installing but still same , while it works in mobile with same id.

The wgole of the app is not working properly.please update the app.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Are you on VPN? Have you recently installed any Plugins/extensions on your browser? Apart from downloading, are you able to do edits in the app? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
