Illustrator or PDF files won't convert to Adobe Express File

This may be related to the current tech issue with this internet based software, but the .ai or .pdf file that once converted to an Adobe Express file yesterday that took 5 seconds now will not convert at all. Just getting the ellipse dots as it tries to convert. Restarted machine twice, signed out then signed back in to CC. Nothing.

 

Standing by to see if this is part of a tech issue software-wide on Oct 20, 2025.

Due to the massive AWS outage that occurred on Oct 20th, 2025, a subset of Adobe products and services hosted experienced performance issues. CC, Adobe Express, and Adobe Stock were included in the affected products and services. So the issue you faced might be due to the same outage.

 

I suggest trying to log in to the Adobe Express app using a desktop browser after clearing its cache/cookies and let us know about your observations!
