The “taking longer than expected” followed by “something went wrong” usually means the request is timing out during processing. This can be caused by a temporary glitch, network instability, or sometimes an issue with the specific file or any asset.

You could try switching your internet connection (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data), reopening the app in private/incognito mode, or uploading a different image to see if the behavior changes.

Just to understand better, is this happening with all images or only this one? Have you tried uploading different images or assets to the file? Is the image an Adobe Stock asset or you’re uploading it from the device?
