Image Download Error

I used Adobe Express to create a tshirt consisting of two pages, front and back of shirt. When downloading the image files from Adobe Express to my desktop the image files (.png) are degraded. We want to keep the quality of the images so that the edges of letters are not pixilated. Please see attached file showing the image in Adobe Epress (left) and downloaded image file (right). How can I download higher resolution images?

In Adobe Express, the PDF format is considered "print ready"
You can't really control the resolution and in most cases it will be 72 dpi, the resolution for screen.
However as @Abhi.G @ ADBE suggested, you can double the resolution by doubling the pixel count, and still print at your original size, or use a PDF which will load at 300 dpi, which is the "industry standard" for printing.
If you absolutely need a PNG from the PDF, you can still convert in the Adobe Express "Quick actions"

but in every case, check the properties of your files prior to send to print, or run a test on paper first.

Hi @default33972572jzeu9p

You could try these options:

- Download as PDF

- Use a larger page size (say, 2x width and height than you are currently using)
