Image Size - Not downloading correctly in adobe express

I create a new flyer A5 size, using a template that I've used many times before. It says its the correct size in the app, but when I download the image, it's significantly larger, which means I'm having issues with printing.  I can't resize in photoshop as it messes with the resolution. Is there anything I can do?

Sorry to hear about this. Were you able to download the file before using the file of the same size? When you download the flyer, what format is it saved in (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF)? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies of the browser and let us know if that helps.
